Jillian A. Mandarino, Esq. formerly Jillian A. Centanni, Esq. is the Founder and President of J. A. Ms. Mandarino has prepared over a hundred wills, codicils, trusts, and has provided legal advice concerning probate/estate administration to over hundred families.
Ms. Mandarino represents clients with estate planning, estate administration, and real estate matters, including the drafting of wills, codicils, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives; representing executors/trustees with the administration of an estate/trust and counseling them on their legal obligations; representing beneficiaries who are identified in a Will or Trust; representing landlords and tenants in landlord tenant disputes; and completing real estate purchase or sale transactions for individuals, families, and corporations.
